Is Uridine Right For You?

Uridine is a psuedovitamin and nootropic nutrient found in RNA. It’s supposed to support formation of brain synapses and liver mitochondrial function, according to the company behind this product, who is Jarrow Formulas. They’re based out of California and were founded in 1977, then incorporated in 1988. As one of the larger and more popular supplement companies, they seem to have a strong inclination towards acknowledging scientific research and the progress it makes. They have a scientific advisory board and share recent studies on their website. Updating their formulas and having the motto “Superior Nutrition and Formulation” definitely helps them keep their good reputation.
