Is The Alexander Technique Right For You?

The Alexander technique is a type of movement that teaches the ability to improve physical postural habits, particularly those that have become ingrained or are conditioned responses. Many people are not happy with how their bodies look due to poor posture. The technique is purported to improve performance, self-observation, and impulse control and relieve chronic stiffness, tension, and stress.

This technique was named after Frederick Matthias Alexander, who in the 1890s developed its principles as a personal tool to alleviate breathing problems and hoarseness during public speaking.

Many practitioners now offer this technique. During this review, we are going to discuss the Alexander Technique provided by Robert Rickover.
