    Hi Jackie-
I hope you have discussed all your concerns with your doctor? Write a list of any concerns to take to doctor appt with you as many people forget to ask when they are at dr appt.
Many drugs may cause withdrawal effects if not tapered off gradually with your doctor’s instructions. Have you gotten second opinion from another doctor? There are many drugs that can be changed to another in similar category by your doctor.
You can take vitamin supplements and eat excellent organic diet —and still have vitamin/mineral deficiencies due to lack of absorption ability by your body system. I would include taking a good probiotic daily and also a multiple digestive enzyme daily. I do not see that you take fish oil—-this is always recommended for depression, anxiety, etc as it helps with nerve transmission. Not knowing your age—I assume you take calcium and magnesium daily? Most multiple vitamins do not put much magnesium in their product. If you work inside or live where weather is cloudy or cold, it is possible you do not get enough Vit D -even with supplement. Dosage of Vitamin D is important—-so be sure to have your doctor check your Vitamin D level. Too much of some supplements can cause health problems and too little dosage shows no improvement. Also if you require any type of meds such as blood thinners, diabetes or kidney medicines—you must be aware how supplementing certain vitamin or minerals will interact with them.
Good luck and do not give up in your search to feel better.
