NeuroRest Review

Is NeuroRest Right For You?

NeuroRest is developed by Amen Clinics, a company founded in 1989, by Daniel G. Amen. The company relies on SPECT scans to measure blood flow and activity patterns in the brain. The diagnostic process itself can prove to be harmful since it injects radioactive tracers in patients. Amen Clinics claim that the scans enable them to target treatment to individual patients’ brains. This treatment approach has not shown patients benefitting from it in any way. The American Psychiatric Association has also pointed out their skepticism towards Dr. Amen and his peers, but Amen has since continued to use his brain imaging, regardless of criticism.

This supplement contains a mix of ingredients, of which Melatonin is the key to getting the desired results. This hormone should be naturally present in the brain, but due to stress and other factors, people with low levels of Melatonin may find it difficult in either falling asleep or staying asleep throughout the night. In other words, NeuroRest is recommended for those who are struggling with occasional sleeplessness. Its formula was designed to promote a restful, relaxed state by modulating the metabolism of Melatonin and GABA.

In theory, NeuroRest should help people dealing with insomnia and restlessness during sleep, because studies have confirmed that if the brain does not produce enough Melatonin, the body’s circadian rhythm will be upset.
