Is Azilect Right For You?
Azilect is a pharmaceutical drug advertised to be able to reduce the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease: shaking, tremors, slowness of movement, aching muscles or stiffness, trouble walking normally, a decline in facial expressiveness and smaller handwriting. Teva Pharmaceuticals manufacture this product.
Parkinson’s disease is said to be divided into some different phases, each of which is considered progressively worse than the prior one. According to the producing company, the Azilect drug is intended to positively impact Dopamine levels in the brain, ensuring optimum levels so that most of the effects associated with the disease are dealt with. According to the manufacturer, the supplement is indicated in the initial therapy (as a single active substance) as well as an adjunct therapy to levodopa, a chemical that has been shown to act as a precursor for the same Dopamine neurotransmitter.
Azilect is available by prescription only, and it should not be purchased or used without consulting your doctor first.
